Our goal at L Cox Plastering & Damp Solutions Ltd is to get to the root cause to the damp issue. To provide honest and clear surveys with evidence to give the property owner peace of mind knowing the problem is being rectified not just covered over.

Surveys are carried out by a qualified surveyor using the latest technology and techniques.

If you’ve noticed musty smells, mould, brown staining on internal walls or ceiling peeling paint, peeling wallpaper and condensation, a survey maybe the solution for you to solve any issues before they cause any serious damage.

Larger properties with numerous issues may incur extra costs

Price: starting from £220

An invasive survey maybe recommended, and will incur an additional cost to carry out. Prices may vary depending on scope, location and time scale of invasive testing.

We do not offer free surveys

We believe in providing a thorough and honest survey, which, most importantly, finds the root cause of the issue.

This takes time and the expertise of a qualified, experienced surveyor. We do not upsell any unnecessary treatments or remedial works to cover the survey cost like many companies that offer free surveys do.

Remedial works will only be recommended if there isn’t any other solution.
